Harrison Bacon, Partner
Coming from a highly entrepreneurial family, Harrison brings a passion for small business and a background in operational excellence and finance. Prior to co-founding Valorum Capital Partners, Harrison was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with executives at Fortune 500 companies to plan and execute large-scale transformations and strategic projects. He has extensive experience in developing top- and bottom-line growth strategies and execution plans across a range of industries, including retail, distribution, transportation, and logistics.
Before McKinsey, Harrison was part of the corporate development and casino gaming teams at Delaware North, a global, privately held hospitality and food service company. In those roles, he evaluated investments and divestitures and performed financial analysis across Delaware North’s diverse hospitality portfolio, and helped define the company’s five-year strategy. Harrison began his career at M&T Bank, where he participated in the year-long Management Development Program.
Harrison received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from Boston College as a Gabelli Presidential Scholar.
